Proudly serving the Chatswood community since 1989, we exist entirely for the benefit of the local community. Every dollar we earn is reinvested to ensure our services reflect local needs and aspirations.
Many of our residents come from the local area and we support you to stay connected to the people, places and routines you value. As part of our mission, we also provide public housing to support those in need of safe, stable accommodation.
A thoughtfully designed community
Dougherty Apartments is an eight-storey community bringing together:
- 44 retirement living apartments, including one, two and three-bedroom options
- 37 one-bedroom public housing apartments
- 70 residential care rooms, including the dedicated Palmer Wing memory support unit
- Secure building with swipe card access, CCTV and 24-hour emergency nurse call systems
